Kwasi Kwarteng, former spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, has issued a bold challenge to the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC). He urged the party to enhance the quality of food served to Senior High School (SHS) students, now that they hold power. Kwarteng pointed out that the NDC had previously criticized the food quality during the last administration.
To make his point, he suggested that the NDC should not just talk but take action. He proposed that they treat SHS students to meals at upscale restaurants like Kempinski and Lancaster three times a day. Kwarteng believes this would demonstrate the NDC's commitment to improving the education sector and backing up their earlier claims about food quality.
