it was stated that an incident involving individual associates with the NDC.These individual were reported to be a pretend forming the ORAL teams (Operations Recover All). Which means they claim to be part of the of team claiming stolen property.
The individuals claiming to be part of the NDC and ORAL teams they force fully want to take over the plot of land around shiashie and East legon covering 6 acre of land without any tangible justification.

He also claim that in 2019 the supreme Court confirms their ownership of the land. After the land ownership was acquired the land was the ln leased to a private sector (IOP) group of companies for development. The development includes facilities such as public transport terminal and various shops.
